Effective date: October 12, 2026. This policy describes information used by the website's inquiry route and browser interface. It does not promise a particular production system, data retention period or delivery of an inquiry that has not been confirmed.

Information you provide

The inquiry form collects the name, business email, optional phone and company information you enter, together with your procurement message. Optional product selection, budget, currency, budget basis and supplier preference are included in the same requirements message when supported by your browser. Provide only information needed for a sourcing discussion.

The message may describe bag materials, dimensions, quantity allocation, artwork scope, US destination and requested timing. Avoid including card numbers, identity documents, passwords, confidential design files or information about unrelated individuals. The website does not provide an attachment field for sensitive documents.

Purpose of an inquiry

Inquiry information is intended to help clarify requirements, organize supplier questions and discuss quotation scope. It can help distinguish mandatory specifications from acceptable alternatives and avoid comparing different packing or delivery bases. An inquiry is not an order confirmation, a supplier appointment or evidence of product compliance.

Browser storage used by the interface

The sourcing-support notice stores a first-display timestamp in local browser storage to limit its display window to a maximum of seven days. Closing the ticker is remembered in session storage for the current browser session. Opening or closing the notice does not restart that first-display window. Browser storage availability can affect these preferences.

Search terms typed into the catalog search filter the displayed options in the page. Auxiliary form choices are read when the inquiry data is serialized; the original requirements text remains editable. External framework resources may be requested from the resource host when the page loads.

Questions and corrections

If your contact information or requirement changes, identify the earlier inquiry and state the correction through the contact form. Do not send additional sensitive information merely to identify a request. Requests involving submitted data need assessment in the operating system that received it; website source alone does not establish that a message arrived.
