Supplier matching / scope alignment
Wholesale cooler bag quotation support
Turn a visual product idea into an RFQ that suppliers can answer line by line. We coordinate the buyer brief, possible supplier responses and unresolved decisions; factory quotations, production capacity and delivery dates require direct confirmation.
Send a sourcing brief
Confirm: construction / usable capacity / piece quantity / US delivery basis
Separate inputs from confirmed outputs
| Buyer supplies | Sourcing support | Supplier confirms |
|---|---|---|
| Bag type, intended use, shell and liner preference, dimensions and insulation questions. | Translate those details into a consistent requirement sheet and identify missing tolerances. | Exact materials, construction drawing, proposed dimensions and any deviations. |
| Pieces by color, logo design and placement, desired packaging. | Align quantity basis and artwork revision across responses. | MOQ per variation, decoration process, sample charges and carton pack ratio. |
| US destination, requested receiving date and acceptable delivery scope. | Keep factory, freight and destination charges visible as distinct lines. | Production assumption after approval, trade terms, carton dimensions and gross weight. |
| Sample review criteria, required documents and named buyer approver. | Collect questions and flag evidence that refers to a different style or construction. | Sample identity, document scope, test conditions and order-specific exclusions. |
A lower unit quote can reflect a thinner insulation layer, different liner or reduced decoration scope. Normalize those details first. Compare sample, tooling, packaging and delivery costs on the same currency and quantity basis; leave unstated costs open for clarification.
Stop ambiguous claims at the quotation stage
“Leakproof” without construction detail
Ask whether the statement covers the liner alone, seams, closure or the complete bag. Request the test orientation, duration and contents. A water-resistant outer fabric does not establish whole-bag liquid containment.
Cooling hours without a method
Ask for ambient temperature, starting temperature, load, coolant arrangement and how often the bag was opened. Agree an acceptance question on the proposed sample. Related-item results should remain marked as reference material.
Minimum quantity without variant allocation
Distinguish an aggregate order from a minimum per fabric, color or print. Record lead-time assumptions after artwork and sample approval, not from the inquiry date. Neither live stock nor a fixed production window is implied.
Documents establish only what their scope supports. Use official CPSC requirement references to frame applicability questions; this service does not certify the bag or replace specialist review.

Get the missing quotation lines into the brief
Choose a catalog inquiry option, then share construction, quantity and destination. An optional budget and supplier preference help explain trade-offs; they are not a promised price or verified supplier ranking. Read the Order Brief and procurement checklist before sending.
